Overview:  A responsibility of the CIO is to build a culture of innovation and productivity. A big part of their leadership is empowering both digital and non-digital teams to collaborate, engage, work in a proactive mindset throughout the process of delivering technology products and services.

Misti Fragen and Seth Carpien recently completed their assignment, with a healthcare network provider, that built a culture of diversity and inclusion amongst multiple micro-cultures and implemented an agile framework to bridge the gap between ideas and delivery. They will lead a discussion on best practices around building inclusion in an Agile framework.
