Overview:  IT executives are facing a number of challenges while they work to build a team that can effectively deliver their IT strategy. Remote and hybrid work environments can make maintaining company culture difficult. Diversity initiatives are gaining prominence as companies seek to build inclusive teams that reflect diverse perspectives and backgrounds. Phil King, Regional Head of IT at UBS, will lead a discussion on how companies are maintaining their IT teams in the current economic environment.
